HOUSTON, March 05, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SAExploration Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: SAEX, OTCQB: SXPLW), or SAE, today announced it has entered into an amendment with the holders (the “Holders”) of all the outstanding loans under its $29 million Senior Loan Facility (“Term Loan”) due January 2, 2020 to extend the maturity date by one year. The new maturity date for the Term Loan will be January 4, 2021. Additionally, these Holders will receive a new 1% extension fee payable upon repayment of the principal amount outstanding.
